- Best Season: September to November (right after the main rainy season) is the best time, as the waterfall is at its most powerful and the surrounding forest is incredibly vibrant.
1-Day Itinerary: Ergeno Waterfall
- 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Take a short drive or motorcycle ride from Jinka to the trail drop-off point.
- 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Hike down the scenic trail, which winds through coffee orchards and lush green vegetation.
- 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM: Reach the falls. Enjoy a picnic lunch, take photos of the dramatic cascade, or dip your feet in the cool, refreshing natural pool.
- 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Hike back up to the road, stopping to visit an Ari village along the way to observe daily rural life.
- 5:00 PM: Arrive back in Jinka.
